Additional work billed for actual time & materials. $1.00 per foot for aerial cable beyond 300' *Installations performed at residential locations included in NYS Broadband Program are done at a reduced rate of $49 for the first 300', all other costs and fees are the same.

Buried Install (non-standard) $199.95 Installation Fee, non-standard Installation includes 100’ buried cable as measured from nearest public utility pole to customer’s home, (1) Internet connection to (1) single device, (1) phone line connected to existing residential wiring OR (1) new phone jack, and up to (3) TV set-top boxes. Additional work billed for actual time & materials. $2.50 per foot for buried cable beyond 100'.
